Do you deliver in…? Do you take international orders?
Currently, we deliver all over Pakistan. International orders, however, are not offered. If you live outside Pakistan and would like to order lingerie from Losha, please leave your overseas shipping requirement in the suggestions box and we will work towards it.
What sizes do you have? Do you have big sizes?
At Losha, we have the largest variety of sizes and styles available and guarantee to find something to fit you, no matter what your size. Our bra sizes range from 30A to 44FF and 46DD.
What are your delivery charges?
Delivery for orders over Rs. 2000 is FREE. However, for orders under that amount, delivery charges of Rs. 190 apply for destinations anywhere in Pakistan.
What is your delivery time?
Deliveries normally take 2-3 days for metro cities and 3-5 days for more remote areas. If you have concerns or your package is taking longer, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Do you have bra sets?
Some bras do come in bra sets, with matching panties. You can find these by typing ‘bra sets’ in the search bar above.
What is your exchange/return policy? Can we exchange panties? Can we exchange if the bra doesn’t fit?
If your bra does not fit right or, for some reason, you do not want to keep your purchase, you can return it within 7 days with all tags, packaging and receipt intact, and we will give you a refund. However, this policy does not extend to panties, variety packs of panties or any other items that include lower body garments.

What are different levels of Push up Bra?
At Losha, push up bras are available in three different levels of lift. Our Level 1 bras give you a rounder look and cleavage, with no extreme change. Level 2 push-up bras make your breasts appear 1 whole cup size larger and Level 3 push-up bras provide extreme lift and take you up 2 whole cup sizes.
Can you give same day delivery in Lahore?
We do provide same day delivery in Lahore. However, this is valid ONLY for the city of Lahore.
Is my order items mentioned outside my parcel? Will everyone know what I am buying? Do you mention products outside the parcel? Does delivery boy knows what is inside the parcel?
Not at all! Your purchases are delivered in completely discrete, unremarkable packaging that gives no clues about its contents. No delivery boy, recipient or other third party need know what you are buying.
Are these local products?
All Losha products are outsourced from various Asian destinations. This means that various companies are from different places, some (like Espico) local to Pakistan and others imported.
Why your products are so expensive?
The products at Losha are designed for people of all budgets. Our bras, for example, (as of February 2016) retail for just under Rs. 300 for training bras and under Rs. 500 for adult bras, up to over Rs. 2000.
Can we pay through cash on delivery? Can we use bank transfer?
Yes and yes. For now, payments can be made through both cash on delivery (COD) and through bank transfers. Please contact us directly in case of further queries.
Do you have all women in your company?
YES, Losha is a brand for women and by women, which means that our team is comprised entirely of women too. No men are ever involved in your shopping process.
What do you do if your customer is a man?
All our customers are treated with the same level of respect and courtesy, man or woman. A female associate attends to each customer, regardless of the customer’s gender. However, mutual respect is much appreciated.
